Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or designs, please reach out to us at helloqaiofficial@gmail.com within [2] days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number, received item(s) and reason for exchange in your email.

Upon approval, we will email you the relevant details, and item must be dispatched to us within [5] dayS.

Our exchange policy allows for a one-time exchange per transaction. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If any signs of use are evident, we reserve the right to reject the exchange request.

If the desired item is out of stock, you may choose an exchange to any other available item, exchange is strictly subject to stock availability. In case the exchanged item has a lower price than the returned item, the price difference will not be refunded.
